Classic Rock Quartet – Saturday, August 21st at Sherman Oaks Galleria LIVE

Rossi Music will be featuring a classic rock quartet at the Sherman Oaks Galleria Live outdoor summer concert series this Saturday, August 21st from 7 until 10pm.

Los Angeles based classic rock quartet has been performing and recording together since 1991. Their shows feature their original music as well as classic rock favorites.

They have performed throughout the Western United States and Northern Europe. Rossi Music combines rich 3 part harmony vocals with acoustic and electric guitars to create a classic, southern, blues pop-rock sound.

Rossi Music presents R & B Jazz at Sherman Oaks Galleria Live Summer Concert Series 7 – 10pm

Led by Grammy-winning saxophonist Rick Rossi, they play a blend of classic jazz, Latin, Smooth Jazz and R&B,. Rick has been nominated for a Grammy three times. He has composed and arranged music for film and television soundtracks including Monster-In-Law, The Wedding Crashers and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button – movies in which he has also performed.

Dance Night @ the Galleria – Swing / Blues / Live Jazz

Come out Monday night to see Rossi Music at the Sherman Oaks Galleria dance night starting at 6:30 pm!

Debra sings an electic mix of rockin’ blues, jump blues, swing, live jazz, and rockabilly with rich, sensuous, heartfelt vocals flavored with some Texas sass.

Starting out in her hometown of Austin, Debra sang and performed with Esther’s Follies, Austin’s premier Comedy Sketch Troupe. Later she co-founded her own Comedy Sketch Troupe, The Better Than TV Players where she wrote and performed political parodies. For years, she ventured back and forth between Los Angeles and Austin singing with many L.A. bands including the late great J.J. Bad Boy Jones, Swing Syndicate, Flat Top Tom & His Jump Cats, and William “Soul” Porter. She put together two great bands consisting of some of L.A’s finest musicians; The Backyard Angels and Debra Watson and The Smokin’Aces.

This Friday, at the Sherman Oaks Galleria, Rossi Music will once again be playing at the Sherman Oaks Galleria  just outside the Cheesecake Factory. Classic rock, top 40 cover band guaranteed to please. Here’s a little quickie from their last performance at the Galleria.

World Music DJ, David & The High Spirit, Monday August

Rossi’s World Music DJ, David & The High Spirit will be at the Sherman Oaks Galleria, Fountain Plaza for dance night, Monday August 2nd.

David Yakobian has released over 40 albums, with genres ranging from instrumental pop to Latin to big band to religious.His set will feature Armenian, Greek, and Israeli influences.

Ethnic dance instruction will be available during intermission, the show starts at 6:30!

Kid N’ Nic, one of Rossi Music’s will be back at the Sherman Oaks Galleria, Monday July 26th for Swing Dance Night! Free dance lessons will be provided during intermission.

In-demand sax player Kirk Tracy and former Beverly Hills 90210 actress Nicole Tracy lead their 5-piece band playing a high energy blend of swing, blues, classic country, rock n’ roll, top 40, and latin music. They have performed regularly from the House of Blues stage in Hollywood to clubs, casinos, theaters, festivals, and special events across 15 states in the US.

ESPERANTO, Free Concert – World Music, Jazz FRIDAY July 16th

Rossi Music’s international lounge band, Esperanto will be playing a FREE outdoor concert at the Sherman Oaks Galleria, this Friday! Downbeat @ 7:30!

Lead by Grammy-winning woodwind player Rick Rossi and featuring multi-lingual vocalist and songwriter Rebecca Kyler Downs, Esperanto implements an intoxicating blend of world rhythms and live jazz in five languages.
